Frequently Asked Questions
Not sure how bin cleaning works or which plan is right for you? You're not alone. Here are the questions we hear most often, answered honestly and without the runaround.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use eco-friendly, EPA-compliant sanitizing solutions that are tough on bacteria and safe for your family, your pets, and the environment. We don't cut corners on what goes in your bin.
What happens to the wastewater after cleaning?
All wastewater is collected and disposed of properly. We don't leave dirty water on your driveway or wash anything into storm drains.
How often should I have my driveway or concrete cleaned?
In Northeast Florida, most homeowners benefit from pressure washing once or twice a year. Humidity and heat accelerate mildew and algae growth, so staying ahead of it is easier and less expensive than addressing heavy buildup.
Do you use chemicals on concrete surfaces?
For surfaces with heavy mildew, algae, or oil staining, we apply a pre-treatment solution before the pressure wash. All products we use are appropriate for the surface being cleaned and handled responsibly.
Will pressure washing damage my concrete or surfaces?
Not when it's done right. We calibrate our equipment to the specific surface we're cleaning — enough pressure to remove the buildup, controlled enough not to cause etching or surface damage.
How often should a dumpster pad be cleaned?
It depends on the volume of use, but most commercial properties benefit from monthly or quarterly service. High-traffic food service locations may need more frequent cleaning. We'll recommend a schedule based on your facility.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. We don't lock you into long-term contracts. If your needs change, just get in touch and we'll adjust your plan accordingly.
